 EXCERPTS PART II

The book of Genesis presents three entities amid the Garden of Eden: The tree of life, the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and a serpent (the craftiest of the wild animals God had created.). (Genesis 3:1). 

            The life of the spirit (the tree of life) represents our spirituality connected with the heavens’ realm and God himself. The tree of life is for the victorious one. “I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.” (Revelation 7:2). 

            “Those who wash their robes may be blessed and have the right to the tree of life and go through the gates into the city.” (22:14). “A soothing tongue is a tree of life” (Proverbs 15:4). The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life. (11:30).

The tree of knowledge of good and evil represents the intellect and the soul, which play a critical role in a person’s ability to plan, make decisions, manage their needs, and have the free will to choose between two or more alternatives. Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.” (Genesis 4:6,7). 

            The serpent represents the earthly realm of the carnal or natural mind. It is the realm of good and evil in the earthly realm. With this kingdom comes our organized society, public order, charities, good works, social activities, education, the arts, and manufactured religious domains considered spiritual but do not originate from the true Spirit. 

            The man who walks in this kingdom of “earth” is a good neighbor, a good guy, a good person who would not be able to cheat or lie. He can be helpful, caring, and compassionate. He can attend church; he may be a Sunday school teacher, a deacon, or a board member; socially and religiously active, he honors God but has never ascended to heaven and does not live in a heavenly dimension. He cannot be accused of grave sin or wicked deeds, but if you start talking to him about the spiritual realm, you will look at him as if he came from Mars. He has no idea what he is talking about, not the remotest idea. He does not live in the sea; he does not wallow in the desires of the flesh, in pornography, crime, drugs, adultery, dishonesty, or anything lewd or hurtful. But he has not been to heaven either. The things of the spirit he is living are not realities for him.

The Second Beast and the Antichrist

            “Then I saw a second beast, coming out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb, but it spoke like a dragon.” (Revelations 13:11).

            Coming out of the earth, this second beast has two horns like a lamb and speaks like a dragon. This second beast is like the first beast coming out of the sea from the multitude of the Gentile people. This second beast is the one to which the dragon of (Revelation 12) gives his power, throne, and great authority to the (G-20) group, the first beast out of the sea. This second beast comprises two horns, a symbol of defense, but in this case, its horns are those of a lamb (a meek, humble, and submissive animal). But his speech is like the speaking of an imposing, mighty dragon, based on wars and weapons of all kinds. The second beast exercises all the first beast’s authority in his name and causes the earth and its inhabitants to worship the first beast, whose fatal wound was healed. This second beast performs great signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth in the people’s sight.

             This second beast orders to erect an image in honor of the first beast, wounded by the sword and still living. He was given the power to give breath to the first beast image so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed. He also forced everyone, big and small, rich and poor, free and enslaved person, to receive a mark on their right hand or forehead so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number. Let him who understands the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666. (Revelation 13:15-18).

            During the first beast, out of the sea reign, all the earth’s inhabitants worshiped the beast, whose name is not written in the Book of Life. (Revelation 13:8).

            In the second beast, out of the earth, all who do not worship the beast and his image are killed, and those who refuse to receive his mark on their arm or forehead will not be able to buy or sell. (Revelation 13:15).

THE IMAGE OF THE BEAST

An image is a visual representation of something, while a digital image is a binary representation of visual data. These images can be photographs, graphics, and individual video frames. For this purpose, an image is a picture that was created or copied and stored in electronic form.

An image can also be described in terms of vector graphics or raster graphics. An image stored in raster form is sometimes called a bitmap. An image map contains information associating different locations on a specified image with hypertext links.

Image processing describes digitally transforming an image and executing specific operations to obtain useful information. Image processing systems often treat images as 2D signals when applying some predetermined signal processing approaches.

Types of image processing include the following:

·       pattern recognition to measure various patterns around objects in an image;

·       recognition to detect or differentiate objects within an image;

·       retrieval to browse or search an extensive image database for an image like the original image;

·       sharpening and restoration to create an enhanced image from the original image; and

· Visualization to identify objects not visible in an image.
