The foundations of a New World Order
The First Beast of Revelation Thirteen that Comes Out of the Sea
“The dragon stood on the seashore. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten (10) horns and seven (7) heads, with ten (10) crowns on its horns and each head a blasphemous name. The beast that I saw looked like a leopard, but it had feet like a bear and a mouth like a lion. The scarlet dragon of (chapter 12) gave the beast his power, throne, and great authority. One of the beast’s heads appeared to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had healed. The whole world was filled with amazement and followed the beast. The people worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked: “Who is like the beast? Who can make war on him? (Revelation 13:1).
This first beast of Revelation thirteen (13) has the same configuration as the scarlet dragon of Revelation twelve (12), with seven (7) heads and ten (10) horns. The difference is that the crowns in the scarlet dragon, from chapter twelve (12), (G-7), are on their heads. In this first beast of chapter thirteen (13), the crowns on the first beast are on the ten (10) horns (G-20)).
The diadems on the horns of the first beast of chapter (13) symbolize that the economic power of the dragon of chapter twelve (12) (G-7) has been transferred to the first beast of chapter (13) (G-20). The seven (7) crowned heads and ten (10) horns of the dragon configuration of chapter twelve (12) – parallels the world’s dominant political and economic arrangement. The seven (7) heads represent the group (G-7), which represents the seven richest nations in the world, and the ten (10) horns represent the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (G-20).
The Washington Treaty Act of 1949, after the end of World War II, was the origin of NATO through which ten countries on both sides of the Atlantic: (Belgium, Canada, Denmark, United States, France, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom), pledged to defend each other in case of armed aggression against any of them.
The dragon (chapter 12) (G-7) gives the authority, the throne, and power to the first beast of the (chapter 13) (G-20).
Both the scarlet dragon of (chapter 12) and the first beast of (chapter 13) have the same configuration: seven (7) heads and ten (10) horns. But as we have said before, there is a difference – instead of the crowns being on the seven (7) heads of the dragon (G-7), chapter twelve (12), here on the first beast of chapter thirteen (13), the diadems are on the ten (10) horns (G-20). There is a transfer of authority, throne, and power from the dragon of chapter (12) to the first beast of the chapter (13).
The (G-8) group
After 9-11, in October 2001, Senior Justice and Home Affairs representatives met in Rome to discuss steps the G-8 should take to combat international terrorism. As a result, they combined it with the “Lyon Group” (fight against transnational crime). Since then, the Lyon Group and the (G-8) Group have met annually in joint sessions.
In 2009, a new possibility opened up for the world when the (G-20), an assembly that brings together the world’s leading developed nations and emerging economies, met in Pittsburgh to formulate a response to the global financial crisis. As the highlight of the US presidency of the (G-20), US President Barack Obama chaired the summit that designated the (G20) as the central coordinating body for global economic policy. Before, under Bill Clinton’s presidency, Russia had been invited to be part of the (G-7), thus becoming known as the group (G-8).
One of Barak Obama’s priorities at the summit (G-20) in 2009 was his strategic turn towards Asia-Pacific, shifting the focus from Europe for 200 years to Asia, shifting from the Atlantic to the Pacific. Thus, Obama proclaimed himself “the first president of the United States in the Pacific.” Behind this title, China is a direct factor. Thus, the scarlet dragon group (G-7) gives authority to the first beast (G-20), with China being the most critical nation among the nations of the (G-20).
Thirty years after 9-11, 1990-20021
In the absence of Russia at the 2021 meeting, the group (G-7) mentioned China, assuring that the powers will seek a collective response to counteract “non-market-oriented policies” and underline their commitment to the countries of the world. Likewise, the (G-20) included, thus, large economies such as China to reinforce a fair and beneficial global economic system for all - (The New World Order of Busch, father).
This 2021 meeting continues Obama’s strategic turn towards Asia-Pacific, shifting focus from Europe for 200 years to Asia or shifting economic focus from the Atlantic to the Pacific.
The dragon of (Revelation 12), the group (G-7), gives its power, throne, and great authority to the group (G-20), China? The first beast of the chapter of Revelation (13).
“And the beast that I saw was like a leopard, and its feet like a bear, and its mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon (G-7) gave his power and his throne, and great authority to the first beast of Chapter 13 (G-20)..” (13:2).
One of the beast’s heads appeared to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had healed. The whole world was filled with amazement and followed the beast. The people worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast (3).
The scarlet dragon (chapter 12) gave the first beast (chapter 13) a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and exercise his authority for forty-two months (three and a half years - from the 2021 meeting, where continues Obama’s strategic turn towards Asia-Pacific, to 6/23, when the prophecy says its authority will end). The first beast opened its mouth to blaspheme God and slander his name, and his dwelling place, and those who dwell in the heavens. The group (G-7), the scarlet dragon, gave the first beast (G-20) the power to wage war against God’s holy people and conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, tongue, and nation. (vv. 5-7).
The first beast (chapter 13), was allowed to war against the saints, defeat them and give them authority over every tribe, people, language, and nation. All the earth’s inhabitants, whose names are not written in the book of life, worshipped the first beast (vs.8).
From the above verses, it is implied that these are days of decisions. The dragon (G-7) of chapter 12 and the first beast of chapter 13 (G-20), took authority over the churches and the inhabitants of the world with C-19. They prohibited congregating, leaving their homes, traveling, shopping, and distancing themselves from one another. cover their faces and have a license to travel and shop. The fraternal hug, the warm handshake, and the shouts of joy and praise with an uncovered face and free of masks disappeared. The anointing oil was replaced by hundreds of aerosols brands and other products to disinfect hands, microphones, seats, and any utensil that comes into contact with people, both in churches and public places.
Many churches closed their doors and never reopened, and his parishioners became “like sheep that have no shepherd.”
This first beast, from chapter (13), was allowed to make war against the saints and to defeat them. He was also given authority over every tribe, people, language, and nation. And all the inhabitants of the earth worshiped her whose names were not written in the book of life of the Lamb who was immolated from the beginning of the world. But those who were inscribed in the Lamb’s book of life triumphed over the dragon (of chapter 12) and the beast of chapter 13), by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of his testimony; they did not love their lives enough to shun death.” (Revelation 12:9-10).
Definitely a rehearsal for what will happen with the second beast reign of verse (13:11) that comes out of the earth, with its 666 mark.
But, something happens in the span of the first beast, which was allowed to make war against the saints and defeat them (13:7). This first beast of the chapter (13) begins to war on the saints, who are the offspring of the woman. To the same saints of (12:17) where it says: “Then the dragon was filled with anger against the woman, and he went to make war against the rest of her offspring, those who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Those who have the testimony of Jesus Christ and keep his commandments have to, like the holy men of old, witness and experience what the “wicked men who give bad advice in the city” commanded with their authoritarian mandates and unjust laws.
How long, Lord, must I call for help, but you do not listen? Or cry out to you, “Violence!” but you do not save? Why do you make me look at injustice? Why do you tolerate wrongdoing? Destruction and violence are before me; there is strife, and conflict abounds. Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never prevails. The wicked hem in the righteous, so that justice is perverted.” (Habakkuk 1:2)
