Th e date October 7 and Hammas Attacks to Israel

 Just to meditate. 

What the Bible says about October 7, (10:7 verses) the day Hammas attacked Israel.

When I saw the festival around an image of Budah on the day of Hammas Attacks, the first thing that came to my mind was this passage:

7 “‘You shall have no other gods before me.

8 “‘You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. 9 You shall not bow down to them or serve them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 10 but showing steadfast love to thousands[b] of those who love me and keep my commandments.

 

Isaiah 10:7-14 - NIV

 7 But this is not what he intends; this is not what he has in mind; his purpose is to destroy, to put an end to many nations.

9 ‘Has not Kalno fared like Carchemish? Is not Hamath (Hammas?) like Arpad, and Samaria like Damascus?

10 As my hand seized the kingdoms of the idols, kingdoms whose images excelled those of Jerusalem and Samaria—

11 shall I not deal with Jerusalem and her images as I dealt with Samaria and her idols?’ ”

12 When the Lord has finished all his work against Mount Zion and Jerusalem, he will say, “I will punish the king of Assyria for the willful pride of his heart and the haughty look in his eyes.

13 For he says: “ ‘By the strength of my hand I have done this, and by my wisdom, because I have understanding. I removed the boundaries of nations, I plundered their treasures; like a mighty one I subdued their kings.

14 As one reaches into a nest, so my hand reached for the wealth of the nations; as people gather abandoned eggs, so I gathered all the countries; not one flapped a wing, or opened its mouth to chirp.’ ”

 Jeremiah 10:7 – says: “Jeremiah 10:7

English Standard Version

7 Who would not fear you, O King of the nations?
    For this is your due;
for among all the wise ones of the nations
    and in all their kingdoms
    there is none like you.

NOTICE THAT BOTH POPHETS MENTION THE IDOLATRY OF OTHER GODS. TRESPASSING THUS, THE COMMANDMENT OF ONE GOD, THE GOD OF ISRAEL, JEHOVA. 

THAT DAY 10:7 THERE WAS A FESTIVAL ARROUND THE IMAGE OF an HINDU GOD.

Revelation 10:7 says: “7 But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.”
