The Law of Attraction and the Bible

 


In recent years, and especially after the publication of the book The Secret and the documentary of the same name by Australian author Rhonda Byrne (2006), we’ve heard many world leaders and celebrities credit the Law of Attraction as the key to manifest success and create a dream life.

When the idea that whatever you focus on is yours went viral, with Oprah Winfrey, Jim Carrey, and Will Smith, among others, many people started believing that the Law of Attraction is deeply associated solely with materialism.

While there are definitely some elements to The Law of Attraction that are strongly about achieving that material success, there are other areas that are definitely more spiritually based and many that even align with biblical principles.

To illustrate that, I’m sharing some Bible verses that also work with Law of Attraction concepts:

La Palabra de Dios para estos tiempos de Daniel 12:4  "Los  creyentes en el Evangelio  de Jesucristo estamos enfrentando al gigante cuyas ideas y pensamientos son contrarias a los valores y preceptos del evangelio. Estamos recibiendo el desprecio, las amenazas y el bulling del gigante que habiendo conocido a Dios, no le glorificaron como a Dios, ni le dieron gracias, sino que se envanecieron en sus razonamientos, y su necio corazón fue entenebrecido.   Profesando ser sabios, se hicieron necios,   y cambiaron la gloria del Dios incorruptible en semejanza de imagen de hombre corruptible, de aves, de cuadrúpedos y de reptiles.   La analogía entre la naturaleza dual (espíritu-materia) del verdadero Dios de la Luz y la naturaleza dual (onda-partícula) de la teoría de la luz natural de Albert Einstein No hay duda de que vivimos en una época en la que la gente corre de aquí para allá y de allá para acá, y la ciencia se multiplica a pasos agigantados.
