Psalm 25 - Asking for Guidance, Strength and Pardon

Psalm 25 American Standard Version Prayer for protection, guidance, and pardon. A Psalm  of David. 25  Unto thee, O Jehovah, do I lift up my soul. 2  O my God, in thee have I trusted, Let me not be put to shame; Let not mine enemies triumph over me. 3  Yea, none that wait for thee shall be put to shame: They shall be put to shame that deal treacherously without cause. 4  Show me thy ways, O Jehovah; Teach me thy paths. 5  Guide me in thy truth, and teach me; For thou art the God of my salvation; For thee do I wait all the day. 6  Remember, O Jehovah, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindness; For they have been ever of old. 7  Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: According to thy lovingkindness remember thou me, For thy goodness’ sake, O Jehovah. 8  Good and upright is Jehovah: Therefore will he instruct sinners in the way. 9  The meek will he guide in justice; And the meek will he teach his way. 10  All the paths of Jehovah are lov

Psalm 27 - His Steadfast Love Endures Forever

Psalm 118 English Standard Version His Steadfast Love Endures Forever 118  Oh give thanks to the  Lord , for he is good;      for his steadfast love endures forever! 2  Let Israel say,      “His steadfast love endures forever.” 3  Let the house of Aaron say,      “His steadfast love endures forever.” 4  Let those who fear the  Lord  say,      “His steadfast love endures forever.” 5  Out of my distress I called on the  Lord ;      the  Lord  answered me and set me free. 6  The  Lord  is on my side; I will not fear.      What can man do to me? 7  The  Lord  is on my side as my helper;      I shall look in triumph on those who hate me. 8  It is better to take refuge in the  Lord      than to trust in man. 9  It is better to take refuge in the  Lord      than to trust in princes. 10  All nations surrounded me;      in the name of the  Lord  I cut them off! 11  They surrounded me, surrounded me on every side;      in the name of the  Lord  I cut them off! 1

Zechariah 14 - The Lord Comes and Reigns (Armageddon)

Zechariah 14 English Standard Version The Coming Day of the  Lord 14  Behold, a day is coming for the  Lord , when the spoil taken from you will be divided in your midst.  2  For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the houses plundered and the women raped. Half of the city shall go out into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city.  3  Then the  Lord  will go out and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle.  4  On that day his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives that lies before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east to west by a very wide valley, so that one half of the Mount shall move northward, and the other half southward.  5  And you shall flee to the valley of my mountains, for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azal. And you shall flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the

Jesus said: "I am the way, and the truth, and the life" - Jesus as the Tabernacle of God on Earth

JESUS, THE TABERNACLE OF GOD ON EARTH - THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE In John 10:9, Jesus says, "I am the door; whoever enters through me will be saved; and he will go in and out and find pasture." Every prophecy in the Old Testament points to Jesus, the Tabernacle of God on earth. That is why the Biblical text says: “I Am “The Way”, “The Truth”, and “The Life” and no one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6). THE DOOR OF THE SHEEP (THE WAY) "Truly, truly I say to you, the one who does not enter by the door into the fold of the sheep, but he climbs up some other way, he is a thief and a robber. But the one who enters through the door is a shepherd of the sheep. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep listen to his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he puts all his own sheep outside him, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice. However, a stranger they simply will not follow,

When Satan Could Present Himself Before God in the Midst of Angels

Using Reason Instead of Emotions When Confronted by a Leftist

When confronting a Conflict, Use Your Reasoning, Not Your Emotions "But the  Lord  God called to the man and asked him, “Where are you?”   And he said, “I heard the sound of you in the garden, and I was afraid  because I was naked, and I hid myself.” (Genesis 3:8). The brainstem bridge or annular pons connects the Spinal Cord and the Medulla Oblongata with higher brain structures. The spinal cord communicates sensory information from the body to the brain through numerous nerve pathways and sends motor orders from the neocortex to the musculoskeletal system. The higher brain structures, the "Neo Cortex," is the fourth brain where God could communicate with man and man with God. Man lived in harmony with God, the Universe, and his environment in an innocent bliss. Having God’s knowledge and wisdom, man knew every mystery of the Universe. But the disobedience to God's laws severed this relation of man with his Creator With the disobedience came the fear of dea

George Orwell's goverment ideals

The novels  1984  and  Animal Farm  encapsulate Orwell’s sense of city and country. The setting of  1984 , which chronicles a future society governed by collectivist oppression, is urban. In Orwell’s dark vision, the sheer scale of the modern metropolis is dehumanizing, its skyscrapers dwarfing the individual into insignificance. One quickly gathers the city's architectural magnitude is its own form of brutality. In one memorable scene, the novel’s protagonist, Winston Smith, confronts a temple of bureaucracy: The Ministry of Truth . . . was  startlingly different from any other object in sight. It was an enormous pyramidal structure of glittering white concrete, soaring up, terrace after terrace, three hundred meters into the air. From where Winston stood, it was just possible to read, picked out on its white face in elegant lettering, the three slogans of the Party: WAR IS PEACE FREEDOM IS SLAVERY IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

The Valley of Decision

The Valley of Jehosaphat, the Valley of Decision Joel 3:9-21 - ESV 9  Proclaim this among the nations: Consecrate for war;      stir up the mighty men. Let all the men of war draw near;      let them come up. 10  Beat your plowshares into swords,      and your pruning hooks into spears;      let the weak say, “I am a warrior.” 11   Hasten and come,      all you surrounding nations,      and gather yourselves there. Bring down your warriors, O  Lord . 12  Let the nations stir themselves up      and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; for there I will sit to judge      all the surrounding nations. 13   Put in the sickle,      for the harvest is ripe. Go in, tread,      for the winepress is full. The vats overflow,      for their evil is great. 14   Multitudes, multitudes,      in the valley of decision! For the day of the  Lord  is near      in the valley of decision. 15  The sun and the moon are darkened,      and the stars withdraw their shining. 16   The  Lo
